In order to meet the demand for larger-scale and higher-quality urban economic growth using limited land resources, the current status of industrial land utilization should be fully understood. In this paper, the formula for calculating the intensive utilization potential of land resources is selected to establish a GIS model. Using the model to calculate and analyze 156 industrial parcels in Wenzhou High-tech Industrial Park from four aspects: building volume ratio, investment intensity, land output intensity, and the comprehensive potential. Through these methods, the intensive use of land of each enterprise is obtained. This article takes the individual company as the research unit, and the conclusions can describe the intensive use of each enterprise's land, which facilitates the determination of responsibilities and implementation of remediation measures.
