Design System of Texture with Natural Impression

This paper deals with a system to design texture (wrinkle) for plastic product surfaces. We think the system should output textures with natural impression as well as orderly impression on a person. In order to be near enough to fill such demand, “Fractal” and “1/f Noise” which are the laws existing in nature are utilized for developing the system. The developed system takes one figure generated by “Fractal” as a basic form and a texture form is constructed by adding “1/f Noise” to the basic form and position. The system can create several texture forms by simple operations which define a texture element form and determine the state-level of “1/f Noise”. K ey Word: Fractal , 1/fNoise, Texture, Design
