Based on Virtual Prototype Dynamic Simulation Analysis of Engine Exciting Source

It is one of key technology studying NVH of engine how to simulate actually vibration and noise of engine.Based on virtual prototype analysis technology,Virtual prototype of engine crankshaft system was built by software of UG and ADAMS in this paper.Engine crankshaft system was simulated based on multi-body dynamic system and obtained dynamic characteristic curve and parameter of engine crankshaft system and piston.Exactitude constraint conditions were provided for analyzing and forecasting vibration and noise of engine in the future.
