Design of 2.4 GHz asymmetric waveguide slotted antenna

The wireless network technology has developed rapidly in recent years,while the antenna limits the performance of wireless communication system.Because of low gain,short transmission distance and high cost of current wireless device,a kind of asymmetric waveguide slotted antenna was designed which was used for 2.4 GHz wireless communication.In order to meet different demands,six patterns were designed.On the basis of theoretical design,using CNC milling machine and usual Al alloy,mature product was developed after repeated experiments and optimization.Wireless network is set up on the campus to test its performance: the antenna has high gain,which has long wireless signal transmission distance.Compared with ordinary antenna,it has long life and high stability and low cost.Also,it is easy to machine.
