Geoinformation Models in Smart Grid Management

This paper investigates the problem of distribution of electricity capacity in the territory covered by a Smart Grid. The purpose of management is loss minimization caused by changes in the state of the outdoor environment. It is analyzed the issues of cartographical representation of knowledge about the behavior of the outdoor environment and use of this knowledge for planning of electrical supply and decision-making in abnormal situations.
