Fuzzy evaluation of assembly design scheme under digital assembly environment

Based on analyzing characteristics of product assembly design and planning process including product design(assembly design),manufacture(assembly process),service(assembly maintenance) and environment(pollution abatement,reusable),various influencing factors of assembly were analyzed and classified from dynamic assembly process and static assembly environment under digital assembly environment,and the influencing model of assembly quality,time,cost,service and environment was set up.The subordinate function and weight of each evaluation factor were provided,and a comprehensive evaluation method for product assembly quality,time,cost,service and environment by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP) method was studied.The application showed that it could provide decision support for optimizing product assembly planning and improving assembly design.
