Application of PBL and LBL Teaching Mode in Experiment of Food Specialized Subject

The effects of problem-based learning ( PBL) and lecture-based learning ( LBL) teaching mode in food specialized subject experiment teaching were discussed. During the PBL and LBL teaching mode in experiment of food specialized subject, reasonable arrangements for the teaching process, strengthening the design, studying experiment, strengthening the assessment form, etc. , were discussed to improve the practice teaching. The PBL-LBL teaching mode is used in experiment of food specialized subject to effectively improve the quality of experiment teaching and students learning enthusiasm.
