Based on a regional network, a linear programming model for minimum capability redundancy is established firstly. According to the principle of subordinate relationship and minimum capability, the capability data integration model is proposed and optimized, and then the communication scheme with the minimum total capability can be obtained. Finally, according to the minimum redundancy, the security capabilities of communication line is analyzed systematically and deeply.
