The method of point test in most automatic test systems is instrument oriented manual configuration at present,so the test efficiency is very low.To solve this problem,the concept of matching coefficient is proposed and an algorithm of optimal matching between test points and instruments is presented and its correctness and validity are approved both in theory and by example.Based on the model and algorithm,a method of signal oriented dynamic configuration for test resource is proposed.The method can realize parallel test and enhance test efficiency and system reliability.
