Effect of Training, Competence and Discipline on Employee Performance in Company (Case Study in PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida)☆

Abstract The aim of the study is to determine the effect of training, competence and discipline on the performance of employees working in PT. Asuransi Bangun Askrida. The research results showed that the Training, Competency and Discipline Working jointly affect the performance of employees at PT. Asuransi bangun Askrida. Partially training has a positive influence on the performance with a value of 0.56(R2 = 0.56). Competence has a positive influence on the performance with a value of 0.464(R2=0.46) and Work Discipline has the greatest positive impact on employee performance with a value of 0,621(R2=062). Therefore, It means to discipline a good job it will improve employee performance and ultimately achieve the company's goals.
