In this paper, the time resource scheduling optimal method for phased array radar (PAR) is studied, which focuses on tracking multi-targets under active blanket jamming. First of all, the mutual information (MI) criterion is introduced as the quantitative metrics of target tracking. Secondly, the system model about radar echo and path gain are derived from the perspective of time resource. Finally, the time resource optimal scheduling model is established, and the improved genetic algorithm is applied to solve it. The simulation results demonstrate the outperformance of the proposed methods in maximizing the number of effectively tracked targets, and the overall tracking performance of the effective tracking target is improved.
