Oscillatory pipe flow of a magnetic fluid in a strong magnetic field

Abstract Theoretical and experimental studies are carried out on an oscillatory pipe flow of a magnetic fluid in transverse and longitudinal magnetic fields by taking into account particles aggregation. It is clarified that the characteristics of an oscillatory pipe flow are strongly influenced by the direction of the applied magnetic field.
