Delphi - AHP method for allocation of waste loads in a region

An evaluation index system reflecting the present state of water environmental-social economic system , and a methodology with multiplayer structure for waste load allocation are established respectively according to the principles of index screening. On the determination of weights of evaluation indexes, the effect of individual subjectivity can be greatly reduced, and the reliability of assessment conclusion can be further heightened through the combination of Delphi method and Analytical Hierarchy Process. During the determination of waste load allocation, the ratios between the combinatorial weight of each evaluated example comparing to the total objective are treated as the ratios of waste load allocation between evaluated examples. Result shows that the method provided here can be applied to the allocation of waste loads effectively.
