Optimization of distribution of monitoring point for acoustic emission in Zhengwang Iron Mine

The stability of the gob was calculated based on 3D numerical model of the gob in Zhengwang Iron Mine constructed with ANSYS,which shows that stress concentration area is mostly in the level of-560 m,so arrangement of acoustic emission monitor spots were optimized.As insult,theoretical basis for supporting the gob and acoustic emission monitoring were obtained,which also ensures the safety of the mine operation.
