Management learning and organizational change: a bibliometric study

In the context of new organizational theories, two lines of thought have been studied in recent years: management learning and or ganizational change. In scientific research, topics related to change and learning are often integrated. This work aims at searching databases to analyze how both topics inte rsect along time. Therefore, the bibliometrical research method, whose objective is studying the evolution of the subject, searches for possible research opportunities involv ing organizational change and management learning. After the bibliometrical revie w of the literature on management learning and organizational change, it is evident t hat this field of knowledge presents an upward trend in terms of the volume of internationa l publications.
