Zero-Failure Software Reliability Demonstration Testing Based on Kullback-Leibler Information

Reliability demonstration testing (RDT) has originally been devised for hardware to demonstrate that its reliability is satisfactorily realized. Zero-failure RDT has also been developed for hardware, which accepts a product being tested only when no failure occurs during the test. The basic concept of RDT can also be applied to software after software has been developed.
