Application of Cosine Model to Analyzing the Seasonal Characteristics of Pesticide Poisoning

By means of cosine model, the seasonal characteristics of pesticide poisoning happening in Yanjin county during the period from 1988 to 1997 were analyzed. The results showed that the peak pesticide poisoning occurs in middle August. These results conformed with the actual situation and so provide scientific bases for the prevention and control of pesticide poisoning.
