Operation of a P300-based brain-computer interface by patients with spinocerebellar ataxia

Highlights • We assessed the efficacy of a P300 BCI in patients with SCA.• A region-based two-step P300 BCI was used in patients with SCA and healthy controls.• The P300 BCI was operated successfully by both controls and patients with SCA.
