세계의 민간 무인항공기시스템(UAS) 관련 규제 현황

The unmanned aircraft of the advent in 1950s has been dramatically grown up for the military since 911 Attacks. By contrast for the civil it is occupied a little portion in the global market, but it has currently written down on a new chapter of its history that the civil unmanned aircraft enlarges its application for the distribution and delivery to the disaster areas, wireless internet, imaging photographing, observing disaster, tracing criminals as well as for leisure. However, its insufficient infrastructure construction, such as authentication/legal systems with a variety of regulations limited to no only be operated, the risk that people who use the drone, can give potentially dangerous and it is also difficult for them to realize it. Therefore, each countries has tried to endeavour to improve the regulations, standards, policies and procedures concerning unmanned aircraft system. So, this paper finds out and looks into particularly how each countries has been planning to implement and improve their regulations without interfering with the growth of the drone industry, for safe use of the unmanned aircraft system.
