Two different substrates for plasma kinin-forming enzymes have been identified in plasma from man, dog and rabbit the substrates forms kinins with plasma kallikrein as well as with glandular kallikrein, only glandular kallikrein will cause rapid kinin formation substrate. and for kinin-forming the plasma of species.
