Magnetic near-field measurement for FDI of ZVS full bridge isolated buck converter

This paper takes place within the more general framework of the faults detection and isolation for multi-sources renewable energy systems by aims of residuals synthesis and analysis. The main contribution is the use of a magnetic near-field measurement to estimate the magnetizing current of the HF transformer used in the ZVS full bridge isolated buck converters. The measure allows us to calculate residuals with parity space approach in order to detect the faults that affect the full bridge control and the current sensors used for the control of the energy transfers (load sharing).
