Electronic Oral Health Record in Forensic Dentistry

To modify the health documentation in dentistry to support forensic dentistry tasks should include: a breakdown of the number of teeth in the dental arches, the presence of filler their material and cover the tooth in facets, endodontic root, the presences of fixed and removable dentures, implants, information on whether the teeth found incorrect teething. We developed a new electronic oral health record in dentistry (EOHR-Dent) with the Lifetime DentCross user interface. This solution is based on our experience with the electronic health record in dentistry designed for adult patients only.
