Wider Temperature Operation of EML in Miniaturized TOSA Package for 53 GBaud PAM-4

A 53GBaud PAM4 operation of EML TOSA was demonstrated in the laser temperature range from 20°C to 70°C. For electrical input of 770 mVpp, TDECQ, extinction ratio and output power satisfied the 100G-LR4 specification.
