Biased model reduction by factor division

Model reduction by the factor division method is extended to produce biased models. A simple Routh-type algorithm avoids the necessity to calculate the retained system time moments and Markov parameters beforehand and solving the Pade equations for the reduced numerator. An example demonstrates its use.
