wind system for converting energy comprising: - at least one airfoil energy (30) which is adapted to be operated from the ground and is immersed in at least one wind stream (W); - a base (1) platform positioned at ground level and connected via two cords (2) to said airfoil energy (30), said base platform (1) adapted to actuate said airfoil (30 ) and to convert wind energy of said wind power into mechanical or electrical energy, said two ropes (2) are adapted to transmit forces from and to said airfoil (30) and used both to verify a flight path of said airfoil (30) as power transmission - a transmission system adapted to guide each of said ropes (2) to said airfoil (30), said transmission system comprising: * a first pair of blocks (7a) assembled sliding blocks (6a) of said guide modules (6) of said ropes (2); * A second pair of blocks (7b) downstream of said guide modules (6) of said ropes (2) adapted to keep horizontal the lengths of said cords (2) included between said second blocks (7b) and said first blocks ( 7a); and * a third pair of blocks (7d) adapted to send said ropes (2) to said airfoil (30); characterized in that said transmission system further comprises at least one pair of tension devices (18) disposed between at least one pair of attenuation mechanisms load (17) and said third pair of blocks (7d); and that said third blocks (7d) is equipped with a rotatable connection to said base (1) platform conducted through at least one spring (25).
