Evaluation du traitement de l'ulcère duodénal par la V.S.S.. A propos de 100 cas consécutifs à Bujumbura

L'etude rapporte les resultats preliminaires de la V.S.S. sur une serie continue de 100 operes. L'âge moyen des malades est de 32,3 ans. La predominance masculine est nette (sex ratio 2,8). 10% des malades ont ete operes en urgence pour une complication aigue. Pour 90% des patients l'indication operatoire est l'echec du traitement medical
