Information Presentation Adapted to the "User in Context"

In the optics in which the computer disappears and provides its services to users through portable and wearable devices, access to these services will depend on the situation in which the interaction takes place. Therefore, the adaptation to the context as well as to the user is increasing of importance in achieving an effective communication of information and provision of services. To this aim, besides users' experience (character, interests,...) other features have to be considered in the adaptation process: their location, activity, emotional state and the device they are using. This paper presents methods and techniques at the basis on a Personal Presentation Agent, whose task is the selection and presentation of relevant information adapted to the "User in Context".
