Design of Sampling Circuit in Negative High Voltage Unit in Particle Detector

A kind of Sampling Circuit in negative High Voltage Unit(HVU),which is used to provide the bias voltage to the solid detectors,is designed by using Auxiliary Winding.The Sampling Circuit is designed base on theoretical analysis and PSpice simulation analysis.In the design of HVU,the specifications are:input voltage + 12 V,output voltage-160 V,pulse-space rate 6.45%,0~18(A load regulation 8.8,voltage regulation 3.9,ripple coefficient is 3.1.The theoretical analysis and PSpice simulation analysis are agreed to the experiments, so that this method can be a useful reference for such power supply design.
