Effect of endostar combined with 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin intraperitoneal infusion on malignant molecule contents in peritoneal lavage of gastric cancer patients with malignant ascites

Objective:To study the effect of endostar combined with 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin intraperitoneal infusion on malignant molecule contents in peritoneal lavage of gastric cancer patients with malignant ascites. Methods:A total of 64 gastric cancer patients with malignant ascites were randomly divided into endostar chemotherapy group(Endostar combined with 5-FU/DDP intraperitoneal infusion)and conventional chemotherapy group(5-FU/DDP intraperitoneal infusion). Then protein contents of VEGF,mRNA contents of apoptotic molecules and activity of MMPs in peritoneal lavage fluid were detected. Results:Elisa test results showed:VEGFA,VEGFB and VEGFC contents in peritoneal lavage of endostar chemotherapy group were significantly lower than those of conventional chemotherapy group;PCR test results showed:mRNA contents ofFas,FasL,Apaf-1and caspase-3/6/7/9in peritoneal lavage of endostar chemotherapy group were higher than those of conventional chemotherapy group;Zymography test results showed that:activity of MMP2/7/9/14 in peritoneal lavage of endostar chemotherapy group was lower than that of conventional chemotherapy group. Conclusion:Endostar combined with 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin intraperitoneal infusion can regulate contents of malignant molecules in peritoneal lavage, and the specific expression was reducedgeneration of VEGF,increased expression of apoptotic molecules and inhibited the activity of MMPs.
