Within Industry 4.0 one of the most important aspects is processing speed. In the case of a complex system of vibration signal processing, for the system to be reliable, it takes as little processing time as possible for useful information. This article proposes a parallel implementation of a vibration signal processing system using the National Instruments Compact RIO 9024 system. In today's industrial environments, with engines of all kinds, one of the main problems consist in the vibration problems. This article presents a complete monitoring system for vibration signals analysis in parallel. Some of the main advantages of this proposed monitoring system are the low price, low consumption, but also the fast delivery response according to the level and the proposed processing algorithm. Within the framework of the research activity there are a series of results obtained with the measurement framework in different working scenarios. The problem of monitoring vibration signals is complex because of their dynamics, but within this article a series of optimizations are proposed to make a system as accurate as possible.
