Soft measurement method of overflow particle size distribution of hydraulic cyclone

The invention relates to a soft measurement method of overflow particle size distribution of a hydraulic cyclone, which comprises the following steps: 1) arranging a soft measurement device of overflow particle size distribution of the hydraulic cyclone; 2) determining a prior knowledge expression, and transferring the prior knowledge expression as prior knowledge to a soft measurement model training module; 3) reading training samples in an off-line state, and transferring the training samples into the soft measurement model training module; 4) fusing and training the prior knowledge and thetraining sample set by the soft measurement model training module to acquire a soft measurement model of overflow particle size distribution of the hydraulic cyclone, and transferring the model to a measurement module of overflow particle size distribution; 5) storing the soft measurement model of overflow particle size distribution of the hydraulic cyclone by the measurement module of overflow particle size distribution; and 6) calling the soft measurement model of overflow particle size distribution of the hydraulic cyclone in the measurement module of overflow particle size distribution, computing the overflow particle size distribution of the hydraulic cyclone by combining the data acquired in real time, and displaying and storing the overflow particle size distribution through a supervisory control computer. The invention has the advantages of artful design, high accuracy and practicality and can be widely used for actual measurement processes.
