The performance of The Technological Incubator of Popular Cooperatives (ITPCs) in a double sense, in the students training, through the education linking, research and extension, and generation of employment and income. In this context, this article aims to examine the possibilities of management of the incubators studied. To do that, six comparative analytical categories were created: multiple objectives and potentially competitive and / or cooperative between members and institutions, organizational structure, partnerships, management of physical and financial resources; incubation methodology and internal democracy. These categories were classified according to three management models: hetero, social and self managements. The methodology used was the focus group, based on the script analytical categories listed. At the end of the paper, it could be verified that both the The Technological Incubator of Popular Cooperatives of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora - INTECOOP/UFJF and the Technological Incubators of Popular Cooperatives of the Federal University of Sao Joao Del Rei - ITCP/UFSJ, have a hybrid management model, with characteristics of the three models studied, though with a predominance of characteristics of social management. Key-Words: Incubators. Models of Management. Popular Cooperatives.
