Design of an Aero-engine Vibrating Signal Detecting Instrument

In this paper,an aero-engine vibrating signal detecting instrument is designed,which can provide analog vibrating signal to flight data recorder system,it is used to calibrate measurement errors of this flight data collecting channels.At the same time,it can also check the performance of vibrating amplifier and vibrating indicator on-line.At last,a method of establishing calibrating curve is proposed based on the principle of curve fitting,which can reduce the measurement errors of vibrating parameter of flight data.
