Application of H?gglunds Hydraulic System in High Power Belt Conveyor

The huge starting impact of high power belt conveyor with heavy load has been a difficult problem for the further development of the conveyor. High power H?gglunds hydraulic system has been adopted to drive belt conveyor, a PID closed-loop control system has been built by using spider controller. In the case, a stable-speed and low-impact belt conveyor with heavy load has been debugged successfully, which has excellent speed stability and heavy load starting performance. The pressure monitoring results of main pump show that the system working pressure changes with the load pressure, the system bears low impact and has high stability during the operation.
