해상풍력발전의 국내외 기술 개발 현황 및 미래 가치와 개선 방향

The average wind speed on the offshore is higher than on the onshore and the change of velocity by warm current, altitude or direction is small. The noise of offshore wind generation is not as big as those on the land. Therefore, is possible to increase the tip speed from 60m/sec to 100m/sec by enlarging and speeding up the fan. This is why the potential of offshore wind generation is enormous. Currently, it became so enlarged rapidly that the unit capacity of wind generators reaches up to 6㎿. Moreover, it is a trend to build huge offshore wind generation park where there is much wind resource not only in Korea but also throughout the world. Then, This paper introduces the current level of domestic and foreign technical development of offshore wind generation, its future value and improvement.
