The uncertainty assessment of sensitive equipment voltage sags ride-through ability based on maximum hybrid entropy

Considering the normal operation possibility of the equipment and severity after fault in the process of equipment sensitivity evaluation, this paper focuses on the uncertainty happening in the actual event, and chooses entropy as the measure and then creates maximum hybrid entropy evaluation model. Based on this model, it can obtain the probability distribution and the membership with least subjective assumption. According to various uncertainty included in different sensitive events and their weight, it can get the total equipment failure rate. Theoretical analysis has been verified by practical testing, which show that the proposed method is accurate for the practical engineering projects.
