Realization and optimization of AVS coding algorithm

In this paper, we first introduced the settings needed to run AVS encoding program. And then, elaborated on the AVS code optimization methods from two aspects: DCT-optimization and the quantify function optimization. The experimental results show that the optimization achieved the desired effect.
