A novel error concealment technique for MPEG-2 video decoder

This paper proposes a new error concealment technique for the motion vectors which are lost in error propagation. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method has better performance than decoder motion-vector estimation (DMVE), and much better than the algorithms obtained by conventional temporal concealment techniques.
