Evaluation of a Planned Unit Development Ordinance: A Linear Programming Approach

ABSTRACT THE technique of linear program-•*- ming is used in translating a plan-ned unit development ordinance into a mathematical model that can be used to evaluate such an ordinance and explore the range of development it permits. In addition, the evaluation of the impact of a proposed plan on a community in the context of the ordinance is afforded by the model.
