Automatisierungstechnik für die künstliche Beatmung – eine Standortbestimmung (Automatic Control of Mechanical Ventilation – a Position-fixing)

Dieser Übersichtsbeitrag beschreibt heutige und zukünftige Regelungs- und Automatisierungsaufgaben im Umfeld der künstlichen Beatmung. Anhand der Frage nach der Wechselwirkung mit dem Patienten wird der Versuch einer Eingruppierung in Kategorien unternommen. Alle Kategorien werden anschließend mit Beispielen unterlegt. This paper presents a review on the use of feedback control and automation in artificial ventilation. Based on the key features of patient-machine-interaction, the authors attempt to develop a hierarchical scheme of different categories of control loops and give application examples.
