A numerical control rotating cam control fulcrum chute fuzzing mechanism consists of a numerical control fuzzing drive mechanism(3,4,5), a fixed stroke reciprocating mechanism(15,16) and a beating-up slay part(1,2) which is under limiting control by a beating-up drive link (11,13) through a numerical control fuzzing drive mechanism(3,4,5). An electric box(3) of the numerical control fuzzing drive mechanism(3,4,5) drives an eccentric rotating cam (6) through a numerical control motor(4) and a reducing mechanism(5) sequentially, and the eccentric rotating cam (6) carries out drive control on a chute seat with a chute(102) through a push-pull drive mechanism(10,101,9); one end of the beating-up drive link (11,13) is hinged with the fixed stroke reciprocating mechanism(15,16), and the other end of the beating-up drive link(11,13) is movably hinged to a slay sword(1), and the beating-up drive link(11,12) is provided with a sliding block or a rotor (14) which is limited in the chute(102) and slides or rolls along the direction of the chute(102). A conjugate cam group (15)or a crank (21) changes a linear stroke of the beating-up drive link(11,13) when the beating-up drive link(11,13) moves towards the slay sword(1) to a limiting point, so that the slay(2) is stabilized, and beating up can be adjusted to beat weft yarns at different positions of a fell; the mechanism is simple in structure, and is convenient to manufacture and use and can be adjusted to meet different fuzz height requirements at any time.
