DFR METHOD IN CORROTIVE FATIGUE ANALYSIS OF AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE

Applicability of the detail fatigue rating (DFR) method in corrosive fatigue analysis and the principal difference of it with the DFR method used to general fatigue analysis are discussed, the definition of and equation of DFR_f(t) in typical corrosive environment are given, based on this, the analytical method of the aircraft structure corrosive fatigue calendar years are simply presented.
