Empirical research on knowledge employees' motivational factors by PCA

To sort the knowledge workers' incentive factors between different life cycle stages,the theory of the professional life cycle management is introduced,aquestionnaire survey method is adopted,and the SPSS software for principal component analysis(PCA)is employed.The results show that the principal component analysis method has certain application value in providing reference for enterprises to make incentive measures.
