Design of Temperature Control System for Beer Pakistan Antiseptic Machine Based on AT89S52

The temperature signal obtained by DS18B20 was transmitted to AT89S52, then the control signal by use of fuzzy control theory was transmitted to AD421 to control the related solenoid valve work so that the beer Pakistan antiseptic machine's temperature can be under control. The experimental results indicated that the structure of this control system was simple, the control was highly effective, and it could well overcome the temperature object's pure time delay. Besides, the control response time was shorter, the over modulation was smaller, and better control effects could be achieved than traditional control methods.
