Effects of Data Rate on Real-Time UAV Coordinated Tracking Methods

Slow and variable data rates have a considerable efiect on the ability of UAVs to coordinate their motion. This report compares the efiect of data rate on two difierent methodologies for tracking a moving target with multiple Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) where relative position coordination of UAVs is enforced. Simulation results are shown using hardware quality ∞ight simulators.
