The invention discloses a burst-mode low-jitter optical transceiver module. The burst-mode low-jitter optical transceiver module comprises an optical transmitting module and an optical receiving module. The input end of a single-ended-to-differential conversion unit of the optical transmitting module is connected with a burst-mode signal input externally, and the output end of the single-ended-to-differential conversion unit is connected with the input end of a laser drive unit. The output end of the laser drive unit is connected with the input end of a light-operated unit. The output end of the light-operated unit is connected with the control end of the laser drive unit through the light-operated unit. The output end of a laser of the optical receiving module is opposite to the input end of a laser detector. The output end of the laser detector is connected with the input end of a pre-amplifying unit. One output end of the pre-amplifying unit is directly connected with one input end of a judging unit, and the other output end of the pre-amplifying unit is connected with the other input end of the judging unit through a peak detection unit. The output end of the judging unit outputs the burst-mode signal. By the adoption of the burst-mode low-jitter optical transceiver module, the burst-mode signal can be directly converted to an optical signal to be transmitted, so that signal transmission jitter is reduced.
