Survey of Frequent Subgraph Mining Research

The process of Frequent Subgraph Mining is summarized in this paper.Broad First Search(BFS),Depth First Search(DFS),which are the typical mining algorithms are analyzed and evaluated.The graph model and its generator,which is the important research platform of frequent subgraph mining are introduced.Open issues and further research directions are also discussed.
