This paper studies the two keypoints of vehicle road simulation algorithm: frequency-response-function (FRF) estimation and drive signal iteration Multi-input exciting method and multi-input multi-output (MIMO) system FRF estimation algorithm is introduced to avoid the shortcomings of single-point exciting method and H 1/H 2 FRF estimation algorithm This can accelerate testing process and increase estimation accuracy Frequency domain drive iteration method is adopted to correct drive signals to make system′s real response approaching the expect signals Road simulation system is developed using the algorithm studied in this paper and a demo test is carried out to simulate a car running on Hainan proving ground The convergence speed and simulation accuracy can meet the requirement It shows that the system can simulate vehicle road test and the algorithm studied is correct and practical
