Electronic apparatus and method for controlling transmission power

According to various embodiments of the present invention, an electronic device includes: a sensor which senses a temperature variation; a transceiver which converts a base band signal to a radio frequency (RF) signal and includes input and output terminals; an antenna; a power amplifier including an input terminal electrically connected to the output of the transceiver and an output terminal electrically connected to the antenna; and an integrated circuit electrically connected to the sensor. The integrated circuit includes a processor and a memory electrically connected to the processor. When the memory is executed, the processor monitors signals from the sensor, determines a bias value to be used for the power amplifier based on the monitoring result at least partially, and stores commands for controlling the power amplifier by using a signal corresponding to the bias value.
