As part of the development of the reliability-based railway bridge design code, the statistical analysis of the strength of the typical girder section of the railway bridge is performed. During the research process, a reliability analysis program will be developed. Typical railway bridge girder types are PSC I, PSC box and steel box, etc. In this paper the strength calculations for PSC girder applying limit state design method is presented. Further research for developing a simple program to facilitate the analysis by using input and output windows are performed. In this paper, an example input window of PSC strength analysis program, statistic properties of strength approach flow and reliability index calculation method are shown. In this study, the statistic properties of strength of typical railway bridge type are to be obtained by determination of the statistical properties of the live load of railway bridges and eventually the reliability analysis of the railway bridge will be performed.
